Sales Commission Schedule:
The commission schedule for sale of "Super Dust Pump" (SDP) is as follows. G2CU agrees to not reduce the sales commission rate listed below until after September 30, 2011:
Sales commission will vary depending on number of SDPs (dust pump units) sold per order to a customer as follows:
A. A flat sales commission of 0.36 cents per pump is paid for all orders of less than 200 SDPs (pumps). For example if a sales order is for 189 pumps, 189 x 0.36 cents = $68.04 sales commission will be paid.
B. A flat sales commission of 0.75 cents per pump is paid for all orders of 200 or more SDPs
(pumps). For example if a sales order is for 312 pumps, 312 x
0.75 cents = $234.00 sales commission is due 45 days after customer has
paid G2CU in full.
There is no upper limit (number of pumps sold) and the commission rate will not be reduced for repeat sales (second or third orders) to the same customer.
For example if an order is for 100,000 pumps, a sales commission of
100,000 x 0.75 cents = $75,000 will be paid (45 days after customer's
full payment has been received by G2CU).
